Product

Every product is made with ethically sourced raw materials and dignified work ethics and assures absolute traceability. We enthusiastically share these details to encourage craft patrons to imagine the product's results or to see their lives improved.

This elegant handwoven cotton sari features an off-white body adorned with narrow zari borders and a few columns of circular gold zari motifs on the outer part of the sari. The pallu showcases lines and four rows of duck motifs, all intricately woven in gold zari. It comes with a matching running blouse.

    • Garment care: Take care of your garment, for these are heirloom pieces that patrons can pass across generations. We recommend gently hand-washing these sarees in cool water with mild detergent.

    Hand-crafted products have true personality; they express character, skill and culture. Who designed the product? Was there an inspiration behind the design? We allow the process to be seen there by empowering the patron to see the impact they yield on the process.

    Perspective

    The Parvai Cotton Project in Kerala emphasizes the production of pure cotton saris woven on traditional handlooms, featuring authentic zari embellishments. The aim of this project is to showcase the unique skills and craftsmanship of those who preserve this heritage weaving technique. Additionally, our work will offer the flexibility to customize designs while maintaining the traditional format.
