M KAILASAM

Since 2017, Parvai has had the rare honour of collaborating with Shri M. Kailasam, one of India’s most revered living Kalamkari artists and a National Award recipient. His work transcends decoration it preserves a sacred lineage of storytelling through cloth.
Each sari in this collaboration is hand-drawn, never printed, painted slowly and reverently by Shri Kailasam and his wife Shrimati Kamala on Parvai’s handwoven silks. No motif is repeated, no design is commercial. His pieces draw from mythology, Andhra temple murals, and botanical and avian studies, using natural dyes from herbs, roots, and minerals. Over twenty-five originals, each taking 40–80 days, form part of Parvai’s archive of spiritual artefacts born from a shared belief that art, like beauty, must endure with purpose and integrity.

Satisfied or refunded terms and conditions

Customers may return a product purchased from our store within two (2) days of receipt, only under the following circumstances:

1. The product has visible defects or damage that affect its overall quality.
2. The product received does not match the specifications mentioned on our website or communicated during the sale.
