Shipping is free across India. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated on actual courier costs and will be communicated for approval before dispatch. All orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Standard orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. If you require urgent dispatch, we can arrange to ship your order within 2–5 business days, subject to production readiness and courier availability, at an additional charge based on your location. We work with trusted courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, and other reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once dispatched, deliveries within India typically take 2–7 business days, while international deliveries generally take 7–15 business days via express courier, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier networks. Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier service delays.
Satisfied or refunded terms and conditions
Customers may return a product purchased from our store within two (2) days of receipt, only under the following circumstances: 1. The product has visible defects or damage that affect its overall quality. 2. The product received does not match the specifications mentioned on our website or communicated during the sale. Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons other than the above.
