Garment care: We recommend gently hand-washing these fabrics in cool water with mild detergent. Shade dry these sarees & avoid drying them under direct sunlight. A steam press would bring out its best!

Process

Each Parvai product is a labour of love. We consciously choose eco-friendly processes where ever possible. We work with artisans & weavers to understand and appreciate ancient crafts. Printing:

  • Mother Nature has blessed us with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. This treasure has given wings to artists' imaginationsand they extensively use this natural treasure trove to translate their dreams on different mediums through various techniques. Textile has long been the passion of Indian artists, and Indian textile art is rich and innovative. Sanganer of Rajasthan is the traditional block printing centre where motifs are produced with dyes. Sanganeri Chipas use nearly 400 varieties of buti and buta motifs, overall, flora and fauna, animal and birds etc., along with the distinct compositions of vegetable colours
    to create this magnificent textile art. Sober colours and fine lines give a splendid look to the designs

Note: This product is handwoven and handblocked, so slight irregularities might exist. Imperfections and variations in the product cannot be termed defects, as these are intrinsic to the handmade process. The product colours may vary due to the light sources or your monitor setting.
Shipping: We offer free shipping. Upon purchase, the product is usually dispatched in 14 business days. Returns are accepted within ten days of delivery. Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
